FutureNeuro

Creating an Accessible & User Friendly Experience for FutureNeuro

I worked with FutureNeuro (the Research Ireland Centre for Translational Brain Science, part of the RCSI) to refresh and modernise their outdated website, ensuring it aligned with current UX/UI best practices. Key improvements included reworking the site’s navigation to be clear, intuitive, and user-friendly, and introducing an accessible colour palette to improve usability for all users, including those with disabilities.

A major focus was on enhancing the “Publications” and “Our People” sections — areas the client identified as high-traffic. I implemented a robust filtering and tagging system to make it easier for users to browse and find relevant information quickly and efficiently. The overall result is a more accessible, structured, and user-focused experience.
